Overview

We are looking for a Project Architect with 4–6 years of professional experience to independently lead institutional and/or housing projects from concept design through execution. The role involves: •⁠ ⁠Leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams •⁠ ⁠Independent coordination with consultants, clients, and site teams •⁠ ⁠Managing project timelines, documentation, and team workflows •⁠ ⁠Delivering detailed and coordinated GFC drawings •⁠ ⁠Supporting design development and execution across project stages

Job description

•⁠ ⁠Managing project timelines, documentation, and team workflows
•⁠ ⁠Delivering detailed and coordinated GFC drawings
•⁠ ⁠Supporting design development and execution across project stages

Skills & Requirements
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in AutoCAD
•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of SketchUp / Rhino
•⁠ ⁠Strong design sensibility and interest in concept development
•⁠ ⁠Ability to translate ideas into clear architectural strategies and spatial outcomes
•⁠ ⁠Strong drawing coordination, detailing, and GFC documentation skills
•⁠ ⁠Experience in institutional, housing, or large-scale projects preferred
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently while contributing to collaborative studio processes

Eligibility

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in AutoCAD
